This is the second commisssion for the Nice N Models studio scale Tie Interceptor. This build features scratch built and lighted cockpit and engines, KoolShade rear, and the actual kit parts used to make the 4 wing tip guns.
Commission build for the Salzo V3 X-wing kit to be built up as Red Leader. Build features brass pin connections for the wings, lances, and engines to ease shipping. Repaint of a Version 1 Atomic City/Captain Cardboard resin kit. Features closed-wing configuration, clear-domed R3 unit and mismatched engine and forward canopy to suggest cannibalization from another X-Wing to keep this one up and flying. Model photography by Kurt Kuhn
